Growing up, I was always active. I started working out in high school, but after college I found myself doing the same bodybuilding-style workouts over and over. I was getting bored, wasn’t enjoying my training anymore, and realized that even though I was strong, I wasn’t moving well and felt deconditioned.
Then I found kettlebells.
They completely changed the way I looked at fitness. I realized I didn’t need more exercises or more time training to get better results. I needed a better system. Kettlebells helped me build strength, move better, improve my conditioning, and actually enjoy working out again.
That’s when I realized I wanted to help other people see that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be simple, enjoyable, and repeatable—and when you can actually stick with it, the results take care of themselves.
